Vice President, Contracts, Pricing, Procurement, Trade and Compliance (Acting)

Kimberly Schuler is acting vice president, contracts, pricing, procurement, trade and compliance at HII’s Mission Technologies division where she leads enterprise-wide contract strategy, compliance, and execution across a diverse portfolio of complex Government programs.

With 30 years of experience directing high-performing contract organizations, she has supported multibillion dollar federal portfolios and provided strategic contracting guidance to executive and senior leadership. A trusted advisor with extensive experience supporting capture and proposal efforts and fostering strong client relationships, she excels at aligning contract strategies with corporate objectives to enable operational excellence and mission success.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is an active member of the National Contract Management Association and holds a CFCM certification.
